What do you need help with?

EmailsAndSurveys supports segmenting your contact list into different groups by any attribute in your Contact List or your User Defined Fields.  To segment aa list, simply click the Create Segment menu item.

 

 

 

You will be prompted to give your segment a name and you can filter with AND/OR clauses your sub group. In this example, we are going to segment users in the Western Region.  Once you have a segment defined it can be sourced in any Email or SMS campaign
