At EmailsAndSurveys you do not need to pay to whitelist your emails. We do not charge for features. Simply log in, go to My Profile > Edit Profile on the bottom left click the icon called Email Campaign Footer. You can set an Address or another other comments you like. EmailsAndSurveys highly recommends you do set your correct address for CAN-SPAM act.
